I've posted a number of articles regarding network building and network analysis at http://www.tutormentorexchange.net/sna If you can find help from universities in Europe, the US, and/or Africa you can begin to map your network, and map its growth over time. You can also find more help to do the on-going communications, information sharing and invitation needed to get attention and attract people to your network. Your mentoring can take the form of motivating people to spend time in web forms like this doing their own learning, reflection and network building. That's how you and I met nearly 10 years ago.
Thanks Dan. I'm happy to share. The work of building the network has been slow and now I have the responsibilty of mentoring around 30 others while preparing them to be able to mentor others too. This is being done under the Generations For Peace programmme. I'm presently the administrator for the Nigeria office. I'd be needing lots of help. I'm very happy to be a part of TMC as I've experienced a tipping point.
