This shows how a map can be created to show where a shooting took place, along with indicators, such as poverty and poorly performing schools, which show why. It also can show if any tutor/mentor programs are in the area, along with a list of businesses, colleges, faith groups, hospitals, etc. who share the same geography and should be helping tutor/mentor programs grow.
