Map Story following mid 1990s media story

While the media draw reader attention to a tragedy, map-stories need to be created to draw needed volunteer, donor and leader support into the neighborhoods where the bad news happened. Such stories could be created by youth living in these neighborhoods, or in surrounding communities. Story boards like this were displayed at tutor/mentor conferences in Chicago
