Online Giving Study

I'll look forward to hearing what you learn. I reviewed the survey and there are good questions that people operating programs might want to consider with their web sites. Since I lead Cabrini Connections and may my on-line donations to them, I feel my responses would be biased. However, as I look at the questions I'm sure there are things we could be doing better to capture feedback.

Will you be sharing some ideas in the forum about ways non profits can use this information?
