This video was created by Jordan Hesterman, Executive Director of Becoming We The People. The Panelists are Natasha Smith of Working in the Schools, Jen Sontag of East Village Youth Program, and Phil Jackson of The Black Star Project.

In this video, the questions were: 1),What are your biggest struggles managing a NPO? What do you do to overcome them? Question 2) How do you manage to get everything accomplished with a small or no staff? How do you deal with not getting everything done?
