In fact the interactive program locator was built in India, with the project manager being located in Baltimore.

If you can convey this idea to people in other places, and other countries, they can see that their involvement and investment in our work, enables us to share what we're doing for their use in their own country. It really is a global community, and we're modeling global collaboration at the citizen level.
