Solomon Barnabas Aliyu: is a Mentoring and Management Consultant. A graduate of Ahmadu Bello University – Zaria, Kaduna State University (PGD Entrepreneurship) and Daystar Leadership Academy, Lagos – Nigeria.
He's the Lead Consultant One27 Global Consult.
He is a Tony Elumelu Foundation Coach, Mentor/Judge.

He was part of the Team that reviewed and Validated Mentoring & Succession Planning for the Civil Service of the Federation of Nigeria.
He has membership with Institute of Mentoring and Career Coaching Nigeria (IMCCN), Tutor/Mentor Connection (Chicago – U.S.) and Alliance of Change Empowerment Speakers – ACES, Nigeria.
Worked at Multinational Telecommunication Company in Lagos – Nigeria. His consulting career started at Giantthoughts International Ltd; a Business Coaching Consulting Company in Lagos, Nigeria, as an Apprentice Consultant. He started corporate facilitation with Giantthoughts International where he co-facilitated the DSTV/Multi-Choice Nigeria Team building Event 2009 and few other companies. He later joined Joseph Consulting and Mentoring Ltd; a Management and Business Mentoring Consulting Company, in Lagos.
He co-facilitated trainings in Oceanic Bank, Spring Bank, Fidelity Bank, Full Gospel Business Men Fellowship, Fidelity Pension Ltd, Coscharis Motors, Fidelity Securities Limited, Virtual Hospital, Evolution Studios Inc. National Directorate of Employment, Kaduna State, Hamdala Hotel, Nigerian Shippers’ Council North East Region.
Other consulting services include One Acre Fund, SOS Project (Next Economy), training with some Naval Commodores at the Naval Headquarters, Senior officers of Nigeria Immigration Service, NDIC, Cooperative Society members of Kaduna Refinery and Petrochemical Company (KRPC) a subsidiary of NNPC, Chelsea Hotel, Rockview Hotel among others.
He also runs a customized mentoring platform in the Northern part of Nigeria called; Community Mentoring Project – Nigeria (CoMentP-N), which brings the less experienced to learn from the more experienced.
He is a trainer and facilitator in partnership with Mercy Mission Global Ltd for a Mastercard Foundation/IITA intervention on Agriculture.
