Having MBA I am a prominent Youth Development Professional. I have 4 years plus of experience of working in Pakistan and abroad in diverse Youth Development Projects. My expertise comprises of Project Management and Proposal writing, volunteerism and community mobilization. . I have been working on different positions with number of Organizations as a Youth Development Professional that is, British Council, Voluntary Services Overseas, Pattan Development Organization, Saint Petrocs Society (England), Khushhali Bank, Fredrich Ebert Stiftung, Strengthening Participatory Organization (SPO) and DevCon-An association for Rural Development. I participated in COP 15 at Copenhagen in Denmark. I also worked as a regional coordinator Islamabad Pakistan in a USAID Project named “Youth development and Job Placement Project.
What do you hope to learn, or share, on this forum?
I need mentor-ship to become a social entrepreneur.

Shahid, this site does not focus on social entrepreneur ideas, but you and others who use the site can draw from the ideas to create social enterprises that make mentor-rich learning programs more available in cities and countries around the world. As you view the conversations I have with interns and the messages posted on the blog, imagine these conversations be led by you and that you were talking with interns from universities in Europe, Asia and the US and that instead of focusing on Chicago you were focusing on a city in Pakistan. If you can make that leap the next step would be to invite colleges and interns into this space to help you do this.
