In 1994, I signed up to be a tutor with the Cabrini Connections Tutoring program in Chicago, IL. Through Cabrini Connections, I became acuainted with the Tutor/Mentor Connection, and I firmly believe in their mission and the goals they are trying to achieve.

Forums like this can be a workspace that many use to help volunteer-based tutor/mentor programs grow all over the world. This concept map is one that illustrates theskills/talentthat we need to expand the number of people who participate.
As you and others take ownership of the T/MC vision your own talents, networks, energy and imagination can contribute to the growth of this and forums like it and the work we do in collaboration with others will have a growing and lasting impact.
