You can join some that interest you, or create a sub group that invites tutor/mentor programs from the Richmond area to join. You can see work that interns are doing with us, which might stimulate thinking about ways interns can help you, too. If we can draw enough traffic to sites like this, including donors and investors, they can make decisions on who to help based on the discussions that they participate in and the information shared on each member profile.
If we can keep forums like this going, and make them more lively, then it's one of many strategies that we can use to address this issue of collaboration, networked learning and sustainability.
