I am a fedeal employee who has volunteered at various t/m programs and served as the coordinator for the FunDay School tutoring program at my church on the west side of Chicago.
What do you hope to learn, or share, on this forum?
I have experience in motivating tutors, kids and parents...all of which are critical for the success of a t/m program. Also, I'd like to share the story at this link http://www.cbsnews.com/video/watch/?id=50147118n and another document about the tutoring program that we ran there for several years and the stories of 4 college students that attended our program.
