I'm trying to apply the same thinking to creating networks of people who share information, collaborate on generating resources, and make more career-focused mentoring programs available in high poverty areas of Chicago and other major cities. I don't speak Spanish so cannot tell what you're doing at UnetParticipa. It looks like a Moodle platform. Do you have an English version?
