  Have you organized any on-line workshops? If you can create the type of workshop you have in mind, and deliver it on-line, then we can try to draw participants from many different locations. You could announce the workshop via this Ning group and other forums. I'd like to help lots of people take this role so that there would be on-going learning and networking as a result.

Then, I hope you'll use your writing and communications skills to help us reach out to more people from all over the world who might join forums like this to learn where, how, why, they should give time and talent and dollars to help youth serving organizations do their work.
