      Good Day,

How is everything with you, I picked interest on you after going through your short profile and deemed it necessary to write you immediately. I have something very vital to disclose to you, but I found it difficult to express myself here, since it's a public site.Could you please get back to me on ( pollardjames96@gmail.com ) for the full details.
      Have a nice day
      Thanks God bless.

Thanks for your appreciation. By hosting this forum I hope to enlist leaders from many other places to take ownership of the ideas in future years while helping me build and share the tools now in the near future. Owners and partners can come from any place in the world where there is a need for extra support systems to help disadvantaged young people through school and into jobs.

      Hi Ed,

Here's some articles I wrote about benchmarking that I encourage you to view. http://tutormentor.blogspot.com/search/label/benchmarking . When I talk to people who want to start a new program the first think I suggest is that the spend time looking at the web sites of existing programs. Make a list of those who  you think do good work and that you'd like to copy in your own efforts. Over time that list becomes that starting point that you and your fellow leaders would use to define the vision, mission and strategy of your own program.
