I encourage you to review this demo to see how the Foundation Center is launching a Google map based tool to build an understanding of the distribution of grants and grant seekers around the world.
I sent them an email to introduce what we're doing. However, I suspect they have a ton more dollars to devote to their site than what we've had for the Tutor/Mentor Connection.
