Tutor/Mentor Connection is reorganizing. Tutor/Mentor Institute, LLC has been created to support growth of T/MC in Chicago and other cities. This space is to share ideas and connect people who are helping with this.

The first challenge is educating potential leaders about "what's involved" and "what work needs to be done".  

This concept map shows the four-part strategy developed in 1993. Every action since then has fit into one of the four strategies.  It also shows work that needs to be done on a continuous basis.  Under each  node are links to other pages.  It's a lot to digest.

In 2011 when I created the Tutor/Mentor Institute, LLC, as a strategy to continue the T/MC in Chicago and help it grow in other cities, I launched this wiki.  Read the top few sections to get an overview, and to see an invitation for new leaders to take ownership.
