Neighborhood Technology Resource Center "http://www.ntrconline.com/" has a pictures of "mentoring or tutoring". I don't think that donors or volunteer can contact program easily.There is no information how to apply. we can only know who is the sponser is. It tells why tutoring/mentoring is important and the role of tutoring/mentoring in workforce development. But there needs some more links to go to the other mentor or tutor programs.
