GATX Corporation Tutor/Mentor Program "http://www.gatx.com/" website doesn't seem like a mentoring. Only the picture of the main seems like tutoring. The volunteer involvement opportunity is not that clear. and the visitors can't find the information about the volunteer or the donor easily. Site doesn't shows many role of tutoring/mentoring in workforce development. or why the tutoring, mentoring is important.

Here's the link to the page which describes the GATX program operating in their San Francisco office. It looks like this is an internal program and they are not looking for external volunteers or support.
Since this is not operating in Chicago I'll move the LINK to the resources site to illustrate that businesses are engaging employees in tutor/mentor activities. Somehow I'd like to find a way that these business programs and volunteers would be connecting with community-based programs so that there would be a greater exchange of ideas and a greater involvement of corporate talent in building the infrastructure to support such programs.
