Daniel Murphy Scholarship Foundation "http://www.dmsf.org/" website doesn't has a word with tutoring or mentoring. So It doesn't seem like a toutoring either mentoring program. At become a supporter tab, there are some informations for the donor or the volunteer. So they could find it easily.
Also there is some link tab that are related to this site. like high schools.but I think there should be some more Tutor/Mentor Connection web sites and Program Locator.

Under "What we do" there is a section called "Educational Supports", which list tutoring and mentoring. Unless the organization highlights its mentoring or tutoring, with a special section or a blog, it's not likely to draw many volunteers to be mentors, with just this level of information on the site.
