About Me:
I grew up on the south side of Chicago in the South Shore community. Gangs and drugs have taken over the neighborhoods I was raised in. I want to do something that will provide an outlet to the young men of my community.
What do you hope to learn, or share, on this forum?
I will be participating in a young men mentoring program at my church as a role model to deter underprivileged black youth from the streets and would like to provide a positive alternative to the streets. I am here to learn about programs and receive advice that will help provide the best possible information for the young men I will be working with.
