Hi Stephanie,

On the T/MC ning site you can see how groups are forming and how I'm coaching each group to build an understanding of where tutor/mentor programs are needed, what they look like, what programs already operate in specific areas, and what they need to operate effectively (volunteers, donors, technology, tech support, dollars, etc.)

As people build this understanding, I'm trying to teach them to reach back into their own networks on a regular basis, to invite other people to join the network, and build their own understanding.

As you and others learn to take this role, by modeling your actions after what I'm doing, your example becomes a model that other people will follow.
