In this topic, the youth disused in length on trees species (nitrogen fixing) appropriate in a particular region that will be extremely helpfully in improving local agro forestry system. That is to say, we will be identifying fast –growing, multipurpose (MPFG) trees that have the following qualities:

-Survival in full (12 hours) sunlight.

-Have strong taproot (as opposed to an extensive lateral root system)

-Produce wood that is useful for both of construction and fuel wood

-Be very coppice able (grows back vigorously  when cut)

-Have leaves that can be used either as animal forage, organic fertilizer, a natural insecticide or other use

-These trees should be preferable be nitrogen fixing trees. Later this youth group planted trees in their neighborhood.

I encourage you and others in Africa, Asia, South America, etc. to apply the ideas in articles like this to your own efforts. http://tutormentor.blogspot.com/2014/07/problem-solving-systems-thi... If you build a web portal that maps where kids need help, who is helping, the sequence of actions needed to help youth grow to become adults who have jobs, or the sequence of actions to solve other economic, environmental, health and/or social issues, your sites can become a destination of many, including donors and investors.

I encourage you to add a section on your web site with links to research about the issues you focus on and with links to other organizations in Kenya and surrounding countries who focus on the same issues. By doing so you can begin to build a network of organizations working together to solve the problems you address, including the problem of financial support that each organization faces on an on-going basis.
