Hi Jennifer. I'm located in Chicago which I see is your home town. Welcome to the group. If you browse around you'll see how I'm coaching volunteers and interns to help communicate our ideas and you'll see links to other web sites with an extensive range of information. You'll see many uses of maps and graphics. As a biomedical engineer you've much experience in showing graphics of elements and bio-combinations. If you apply this talent to show how people need to support you and other tutor/mentor program leaders, or how your program expands the network of kids, you may provide a "tipping point" that encourages more people in philanthropy, media and business to give more attention to these ideas and ways they could be heping.   I hope you'll take an active role.
