On the Tutor/Mentor Connection site we have a library of links, with some more directly related to working with teen moms (and dads) than others. One is to the University of Wisconsin Parkside, which has a research article on their site which I think you might value.
Feel free to add your web site to the T/MC site and use the forums and articles section to help us build support and collaboration.
