This is not the strategy that I see in many mentoring programs, but one which I apply at Cabrini Connections and encourage via the Tutor/Mentor Connection.

I have another set of concept maps, but they are not working today due to an update error on my part. I should have them working in a couple of days.

I encourage you to try to use concept maps to map your own strategies and accomplishments, so we and others can compare and learn from each other.
