Hi Mark, thanks for joining. I hope you'll skim through the various groups and blogs and then find a way to launch discussions that lead people to think about what it takes to make a tutor/mentor program available in a location, and what the program needs to do to attract kids and volunteers and keep them coming back year after year for many years. As a alumni you have a unique perspective on this and hopefully can draw others into the discussion.
You also should use the "my page" to create a profile of yourself. Show some of the work you've done. Write blog articles that point to why and where tutor/mentor programs are needed. As you do this you will expand your network and open up opportunities for work and career.
Connect knowledge, volunteers, youth and make a difference.
