Tutor/Mentor Connection

Connect knowledge, volunteers, youth and make a difference.

I can see diverse way to be benefical to volunteer.

When I see http://www.tutormentorexchange.net site,

there are many documents to explain T/MC.

A large number of students have finished the academic course in here.

The interviewed video shows how much students are developed.

Additionally, I found one of interesting strategies. The name is Push/Pull Strategy. It tells the relation between voulnteers and students and the much beneficial way that manages schedule of students. You can see this strategy on below web address.

I think that if mentors are composed of people taught from T/MC should be more efficient and reasonable, because  they will know well about T/MC and have a strong mind to offer their knowledge to students.

Thank you :)
