Good luck to you. Do you know Weldon Rougeau at the Congressional Black Caucus? I don't know if he is still there. I knew him when he was in Chicago. If you can enlist any of the Congressmen to this forum we can share our ideas with them. Visit the Government section of the Tutor/Mentor Program Locator and you can build maps of Congressional districts in Chicago. If we can teach leaders to use these maps we can get more resources, and more programs, to help Black kids in all poverty areas of Chicago.
