I just got to know about this in an elluminate session for webheads. So, I would rather answer this later on.

See how interns and volunteers have worked with me in Chicago to help communicate the ideas to more people. It would be great if someone formed a Webheads sub-group on the site so that educators from different places might learn to take more active roles in expanding the non-school learning opportunities available to youth in their own communities.
