Ugochukwu Omeogu is Business developer, Customer Service, leadership and marketing expert trained in J P Morgan Chase Bank in the United States. He also worked in Access Bank of Nig Plc, where he established the regional Private Banking unit in Port Harcourt. Ugochukwu Omeogu is presently the MD/CEO J C Company Int'l, a career, business and management company. He is also the dean of Academy One Executive Business School.
He also functioned as a Loan Originator with World Lending Group in Dallas Texas in the United States and a Senior Customer Relationship manager.
Ugochukwu is also a mentor and a career coach. He runs mentoring program for corporate executives, group heads, branch managers and team leaders.
Over 6 years of practice and experience in facilitating Management and business trainings in Customer Service, Sales and marketing techniques, Deposit mobilization, Leadership, Change Management and Customer Relationship Management, equips him with a holistic Value Chain Management exposure, and his marketing communication practice strengthens his balanced and objective view as regards marketing communication efficiencies and deliverable.

What do you hope to learn, or share, on this forum?
I will share my personal experience and success in creating a Corporate Entrepreneurial mentor-ship program in Africa. As well as my successes with youth mentor-ship in Nigeria.

If you and the others working in Africa who are joining the Tutor/Mentor Ning site will post your information on the map, or create a similar tool to show who /where you are, this can become a more collective effort to help each of you draw resources from the rest of the world to help you help kids in Africa.

If you can attract the attention of international philanthropists like the Gates Foundation, or Soros Foundation, maybe they will see how we're supporting you, and help us as well.
