About Me:
Pastor for 29 years. Have done both stayed pastor and transition work. Have developed programs for adults in churches dealing with leadership, conflict management, ESL, adult membership, and Bible study.
Have training in Family Systems. Pursuing Ph.D. in Adult Education Leadership with dissertation topic, "Let Justice Roll: Adult Education Strategies to Develop Moral and Faith-Full Leaders for the 21st Century."
What do you hope to learn, or share, on this forum?
I hope to learn more of the needs of children and their multi-generational family systems to lift them from the paternalistic cycle of our society into self-efficacious people. Hope to apply critical and transformative social theory to the problem.
