- I am Director of Membership Development for Acacia Fraternity International Headquarters, and am responsible for our Cornerstones program, which is a 4-year development track for our undergraduate members that emphasizes goal setting and achievement, connecting with alumni mentors, and building a stronger chapter through intentionally focusing on Intellectual Growth, Social Awareness, and Physical Well-being. I also teach Interpersonal Communication part-time at Ivy Tech Community College to union workers in various trades.
