I am a workforce development Policy Analyst/Consultant that plans to educate k-12 students, dislocated workers, and disadvantaged groups how to survive the global economy.

What do you hope to learn, or share, on this forum?
As far as mentorship, I will like to see more businesses connect with middle and high school students so they will understand the challenges they will face after graduation. I will like to see this online guidance concept expand in other states.

Hi Latoya, thanks for joining. As you browse around you can see how I'm coaching interns and volunteers. My goal is that others use this space for the same purpose by involving interns and volunteers from their own communities and using the ideas to focus to build program quality and capacity locally.
