This graphic and articles on my blog, illustrate the role I hope business and trades will take to connect with youth in different neighborhoods, starting in elementary school, and stay connected with age-appropriate mentoring and learning, so more youth enter the workforce of these leaders.

Your web site illustrates your role in connecting people in the Electrician workforce. You all work with diagrams to map out your work. If you use diagrams to map out ways people in business can connect with kids the way I'm describing, your work could attract more people, and could influence the actions that need to happen for the system I'm describing to be created.
