- I have been an eleentary school teacher for the past eight yeras, and am now worrking for a nonprofit in my county to start a mentoring program for elementary school children. I am starting this from the ground up and am looking for resources.conferences to help me do so.

- I would like to gain knowledge on starting a mentoring/tutoring program for a nonporfit organization program in my county for the city schools. I will participate in trainings and conferences to start this off, and would love to share any information I gain.

If you can enlist a college, high school, business or faith team and form learning circles, using this information as content, you can expand the range of ideas you have of what a tutor/mentor program might be and who can help you organize and sustain such programs. As you share what you learn and ask questions in this forum I and others can help.
