OHATS (Organizational HIstory and Tracking System) was initiated by Tutor/Mentor Connection in 2000 to track actions toward achieving the goals of the organization. The site has not been working since 2013 due to various technology problems and lack of funds to do the fixes. Use the information in this group to understand what OHATS was trying to accomplish.

The OHATS that was created in 2007 by volunteers from India has not been available since 2019. Archived versions are available, but do not provide enough information.
Thus, I was pleased to find a 2001 archive this week that describes what OHATS is, and includes links to the data-entry page, and to a page showing actions that had been documented. I posted the archived pages in this blog article.
I feel that OHATS type documentation systems are still needed, but I find very few examples where they are being used. For the past few years I've not been able to show people what information we were trying to collect. Thus, this archive is a valuable resource.
The team from India who built the new OHATS in 2007 used this 2001 version and a 2002 PDF report as a guild for building the new site.
That means others could do the same in 2024 or beyond.
