The purpose of this site is good for young boys. But the contents of this site does not include much information people need. There are a few documents made by PDF, that is very useful for them. I think it will be better site if the site will be included by picture, flash, something like interesting things kids like. But it is good explain what voluteer is, and how you can start volunteering. If the update of this site will be progressing, it is going to be changed better site than old one.
