Here's the link to a small school in Africa that I've been connected to via its leader, since mid 2000s. http://www.brakwainternationalschool.org/The school needs a lot of help, including finding a way to bring it's message into on-line forums like this.
Are any of you aware of Knowledge Transfer Africa? The link points to an "about us" page.
Find a series of blog articles, written since 2015, like this one.
Here's another resource for members of this group. It's the Firoz Lalji Centre for Africa, based at the London School of Economics and Political Science. Its goal is to "forge new links with African scholars and institutions, and increase the visibility of Africa in the LSE’s teaching, research and policy engagement".
I've encouraged friends from Africa to create an Africa-based Tutor/Mentor Connection, filled with Africa-focused research and directories of youth serving organizations operating in Africa.I found an article today that talks about some of the many challenges of doing what I have been suggesting. You can read it, and add comments in the margins, if you sign up for a free Hypothes.is account.https://via.hypothes.is/http://journalologik.uk/?p=149
Here's a Brookings.edu report titled "Top Priorities for Africa in 2017". Are these priorities members of this group see as most important?

I've been connecting with communities on Google Groups. Just found one focused on Africa Connected which members of this group should join if you're not already part of it. http://www.africaconnected.com/
Here's a resource called "elearning in Africa" that might be useful to members of this group.http://www.elearning-africa.com/eLA_Newsportal/uganda-country-profile/
This is a project that engages youth in problem solving. http://www.idea4idea.com/index.html It's focus is on Africa, so it might be a project youth from many of your organizations could join in on. If you do, I encourage you to use the work done by internsworking with me in Chicago as part of the research you and your own students use for inspiration.
