I am still being mentored by some mentors here in Nigeria, I will do all I can to raise some funds, no matter how long, I will get at least one PC and an internet modem facility. Going to Ghana now may be a challenge. But I'm confident that I will do something about that Dan. I tried searching the school through Google yesterday. I just confirmed from you that the school is a bit backwards. I will ask some of my friends in Ghana about the school. I will keep you in touch. I appreciate the materials you sent to me some time ago on my project- The Corporate Menteeship. I am discussing with a Bank here in Nigeria. Thank you.

I've been in contact with a leader of this school for several years. It seems he has to go 200 miles for internet access. He seems to need some sort of modum to get on-line from the school. If you or anyone else is close enough to help him he would be able to get on-line and join this forum.

I'm not in Ghana Daniel, but Nigeria and Ghana are very close, it depends on the importance of the program and date of the event if any. I can make it to that school if I am free during such period.

I too would love to introduce to you my self
Am Ugandan Social worker.
I actually love to promote Youth Talents and i so far based in sports Talents
Because i believe that Talent Identification is the key to Success.
However In Uganda, the Education is quite different where by the focus is mostly put on how to .study and pass than learn practical things and to use the talents.
This needs to change and our youths may want as many mentors to develop

I encourage you all to visit http://actionatlas.org/about/index and learn how to submit information on your projects to this map. It is intended to help connect volunteers and donors with organizations throughout the world. I think you can use it to help draw donations to your projects in Africa.

If any of you use this, and can share your experience here, we might be able to work together to draw more attention to all of you, in ways that each of you have a better chance for donations.

There will be a free, on-line course titled Introduction to Emerging Technologies addressing the concerns and opportunities around the use of technologies for learning in Africa. I encourage you all to visit this web site and subscribe to attend.

How many of you write your own blogs? Can you write an article telling about why you are part of this ning site, providing a link to the site? If you do, post the link to your blog story here so we can build a list of blogs written by each of you about what you do.
