Tutor/Mentor Connection

Connect knowledge, volunteers, youth and make a difference.

As a graduate student at Dominican University, I had the opportunity to study Tutor/Mentor Connections in light of the impact of the network that the organization built of tutoring and mentoring organizations utilizing the internet. The course, Community Informatics, focuses on the positive impact that information technologies can have. Tutor/Mentor Connections demonstrates this through the useful information sources linked into the online library, the discussion forums, and more. Please read the case study to help understand the many ways in which Tutor/Mentor Connections serves the large community of organizations in Chicago and beyond.
